Corporate Team Building – The Corporate Team Building program is designed to help businesses improve performance by introducing to staff the tools and concepts of Focus Seminars in a setting that addresses the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team as described by Patrick Lencioni. The program can be customized for each client based on their desired investment of staff time. The trainer will design a program for each client based on the allotted time and concerns identified by the client.
Executive Coaching – Focus Executive Coaching will get the best from your people by helping them gain a better awareness and understanding of themselves and others. Focus Coaching may be utilized to motivate your employees, gain clarity for career paths, or develop leadership skills that improve communications and create a more effective work place.
