About Momentum

Momentum is a 2 & 1/2-day workshop designed to assist the participant in setting goals and integrating new skills in their work and home environment. Each individual will create a personal mission statement to guide them in living an intentional life. New insights, challenges, tools, support, and fun are all part of the Momentum experience. You will wrap up your Focus experience alongside your group of new friends, who along with you will now aim high to address their passions in life.

What to Expect

The familiar “action learning” environment continues to yield positive results in your personal growth and development during your final weekend. You will walk away with new tools and clarity to apply your Focus experience to your life – personally, professionally, and spiritually. After spending the prior weekends examining yourself and your desires, Momentum gives you the additional tools you need to carry forward in life.


The program is conducted by an experienced trainer supported by a team of training assistants. Meet some of our trainers and regular training assistants.

Friday Night 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM


6:00 – 7:00 Enrollment and orientation
7:00 – 8:00 Understanding how points of view influence our perspective
8:00 – 8:30 Break
8:30 – 10:30 Recognizing barriers and obstacles and how to overcome them
