About the Discovery Process
During this two-and-a-half-day process, the participant engages in a series of exercises designed to illuminate core concepts of self and to show where these concepts may interfere with a successful life. We will guide the participant as they identify limiting perceptions and how past experiences may influence or even inhibit effectiveness. Discovery provides an opportunity for the individual to examine their past and the basis of their relationships, plus discover how to set new, purposeful behaviors into action. The insights gained are essential in making paradigm shifts that empower the participant in both their professional and personal environments.
What to Expect
Focus Seminars are based on an adult learning process known as action learning. While the trainer will address specific topics, much of the program is based on “learning by doing.” This approach makes each topic memorable and impactful for the participant. Exercises are conducted in a variety of settings including the entire training class, small groups, with one other participant, or individually. After completing these exercises, the participant will have gained insights that are essential in making paradigm shifts that empower the participant to excel in their personal and professional lives.
Facilitators
The program is conducted by an experienced trainer supported by a team of training assistants. Meet some of our trainers and regular training assistants.
